Human Resources Manager

Qualifications :

• S1 Degree in Law, Management, Psychology, or related field
• Having 10 years experience in handling HR Department (Industrial and Government Relations, training, recruitment, licensing, administration), with minimum of 5 years in coal mining service firms
• Having good understanding in coal mining industry
• Solid leadership skill, can work under pressure to meet deadline
• Experience in developing and implementing SOP
• Experience in preparing budget and working under budget

· Minimun 35 years of age
